First my Sister came for a visit! I was soooo happy that she came and boy did we have fun. She was in transition from her old job (boooo) to her new one (YEA!) and had a week off so we flew her out. I needed some sister time! It had been last October since we last saw each other. It was so much fun to go pick her up at the airport. I had on bunny ears (since it was two weeks before Easter). Sorry no picture. I'll post a picture of Boz wearing them.
First adventure: Lake Havasu City, AZ
We went to go visit our Grandmother. We had such a fun time. We met my Aunt, Grandmother and Cousin for lunch when we got there on Friday. Then that night we went down to the lake and walked over to the London Bridge. Can't ever get use to the sight. Its so pretty in the evening down by the lake and bridge. Then we got up the next morning and went to the Black Bear Diner. Have never been there before. The food was sooo good and the portions were soooo big!
Then we drove home.
Second adventure: Home Depot
So after crashing for an hour after the three hour tour (I mean drive home), Janna was going to help me plant my garden. So off we went to home depot to get my fruits and veggies for planting. We got strawberries, tomatoes, a grape tree, squash, zucchini, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, cucumber, sweet peas, parsley, lavender, basil, mint. I think that's about it.
We grilled out, went to the cemetery so she could see where our Grandpa's cript is. Went shopping for Easter outfits and just hung out. It was really good for the both of us. I LOVE MY SISTER! I just can't believe it went by so quick.
